At Aram Skin Clinic, our commitment is to provide exceptional care and service to our clients.

To facilitate this, we have implemented a policy that respects the time of both our clients and our practitioners.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Requirements:

We kindly request a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellation Fee:

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment due to personal circumstances, a cancellation fee will be incurred. This fee will be the greater of either 50% of the treatment  value or a $50 cancellation fee.

No Rescheduling for Complimentary Treatments:

Complimentary or bonus treatments are a one-time courtesy and cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, the complimentary treatment will be cancelled and cannot be redeemed at a later date.

Consideration for Others:

We request that you please be mindful of the impact that missed appointments or late cancellations have on our staff and other clients. Adhering to this policy enables us to maintain the highest level of service for all our clients.
